Cost Economics

a) Cost of Oxygen generation is very less. This is very economical as compared to using liquid Oxygen Tanks.

Equipment Description

Air Compressor & Refrigeration Air Dyer

a) Maintenance free Screw compressor is provided which supplies compressed air for Oxygen generation.
b) It has Air cooled after cooled after cooler so no cooling water required.
c) It has air receiver with automatic drain value.
d) A Refrigeration Air Dryer is provided to dry the compressed air.

Oxygen Generator

In Oxygen generator unit, Molecular Sieve adsorbs Nitrogen from Air, So oxygen comes out as product gas. In this progcess, ambient air is compressed, conditioned and filtered through synthetic minerals (zeolites) under pressure, when Nitrogen is selectively absorbed while oxygen pass through the zeolites and comes out as a product gas.

Oxygen Booster Compressor

a) This is of 10M 3/hr capacity for filling 10 cylinders in 6 hour working.
b) Oxygen is produced at 3-4 kg/cm2g pressure from oxygen generator and it will be boosted to 150 kg/cm2g pressure for automatic cylinder filling application. For this, we have included one oil free oxygen booster compressor in our supply. It is air cooled compressuor.

Oxygen Analyzer

We provide an ON-LINE digital oxygen analyzer with alarm system. It has adjustable set point and alarm system. It continuously shows O2 purity on control panel with digital indication. Its chemical sensor is of Citi-UK. Its range is up to 100% Oxygen.

PLC Control Panel

For automatic control of Oxygen generator a PLC control panel is included in our supply.

Cylinder Manifold

We supply a cylinder manifold of 10-cylinders (5 + 5) that are filled at high pressure from the oxygen booster compressor.

Automation and Interlocks

The Gas generator is fully automatic . Upon starting, Oxygen becomes available within 5-minutes . No continuous supervision is needed. You will get alarm on Control panel in case of following abnormalities:
a) Low Compressed air supply pressure.
b) High Oxygen pressure at booster discharge.
c) Low oxygen purity.

Utilities Requirements

a) 3-Phase electrical power : 24 KWH/hr (including cylinder filling compressor)
b) No cooling water required.

Space Requirement

Oxygen plant would be supplied duly fitted inside a 20 ft. size ISO Container as shown in photograph above.

Assembly, Installation & Commissioning

The Gas generator would be supplied assembled on steel frame, ready for site installation. We shall depute Engineer to supervise its Installation and Commissioning at your site. He ill also give training in operation & maintenance.

Oxygen Analyzer
