  1948 Established a factory of S.S. Surgical Instruments in Punjab.
  1961 Established a factory of Hospital Furniture in Delhi.
    ESCO goods such as Hospital Beds, Trolleys, Stools, Operation Tables, etc. were regularly supplied all over India and exported to countries like Nepal, Burma, Sikkim, Bhutan & East BanglaDesh between 1961-1980.
  1971 Established ESCO Showroom in Delhi.
  1971 Established a factory of Hospital Equipment in Delhi, manufacturing Suction Machines - electrical & foot operated / manual, Operation Theatre Lights, Diathermy Machines, Anesthesia Machines, Autoclaves, Sterilizers & Laboratory Equipment.
  1974

Established a factory of Surgical Dressings -- Bandage, Gauge, Lint Cloth, Crepe Bandage and P.O.P. Bandage .

  1975

Established a complete Hospital Goods Trading Division, making available Hospital Instruments, Furniture & Equipment, non-drug consumables covering Bandage, Gauze, Syringes, Needles & Sutures.

  1980 Established Exports Division of Hospital Supplies and started exporting to many countries mainly in Africa, Vietnam, Philippines etc.
  1982 Established Research & Engineering Division, SEAGULL ENGINEERS (INDIA) to support ESCO , and developed many devices for Medical Technology.
  1987 Established Import Agency Division to take-up Hospital Turnkey Projects.
  1988 Carried out extensive extension of Showroom and Head Office in the main Surgical & Medical market (one of the biggest whole sale & retail markets in Asia) in New Delhi.
  1992 Established a warehouse and despatch section for import of advanced Medical Equipment and Export of Medical Supplies. Estd. as a major Consolidator of Medical supplies.
  1994 Established a comprehensive Quality Control Laboratory for ESCO Export Division.
  1995 Established Laundry Units & Generating Sets Exports Division.
  1996 Established a Hospital Waste Incinerator Factory.
  1997 Established Multivendor Advanced Medical Equipment Maintenance Division. A 3 year contract for maintenance was undertaken with site office at Namchi General Hospital, Namchi, Sikkim.
  1998 Established Pharmaceutical goods exports , to institutions world over , for procurement of generic & patent medicines with exclusive rights from GMP manufacturers.
  1999 A 7 years contract for maintenance was undertaken with site office at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (biggest hospital in Asia) at Lucknow.
  2000 Seagull Solid Waste Management Division in joint co-operation.
